| Homeless pets need your help!
Dear pet lovers,
I am Elizabeth Haye, volunteer of the Whitby Animal Shelter based in Whitby, Ontario. We are a non-profit organization, a group of enthusiasts who believe that homeless pets deserve a better life. Nowadays, due to the economical situation in our country, the shelter's budget keeps pruning down.
We are driven to the verge of a big disaster - the time is close when we are no longer able to feed almost 200 cats and dogs entrusted in our care. We are the only animal shelter in the area, and I'm afraid even to think of what may happen, but I'm not going to see our pets starving without trying to help them.
If you are not indifferent to the fate of our pets, please, visit our animal shelter website at www.whitbyanimalshelter.zor.org and make a small donation to help our animals. It is the case, when a single dollar may make a crucial difference between life and death.

| I have had a few appointments with Kate over the past few months and leave each time more pleased than the first visit. I am amazed more each time of how wonderful I feel and the lasting positive effects of my massage. Everyone is friendly and demonstrate a professional image. I am so thankful that a friend reccommended The Health Network to me and most of all, the suggestion that I ask for Kate. |

| What I love about this place is that I can get an appointment that same day. This is perfect for a guy who has a million things to do and really has no schedule. The staff is amazing! Thank you Health Network for aiding me in my training! |

| I was in a serious motor vehicle accident in March 2007 and later needed major spinal fusion surgery. As a result I was off work for about a year. Throughout this time, both before and after the surgery, even to this day, I have received, physio, massage and Chiropractic care that was caring, personal, individualized to meet my needs and very professional. It was in large part due to the atmosphere and attitude of the trained professionals at the Health Network that allowed me to recover faster then the doctors all expected. I continue to have sessions here to ensure the stability of my back. Just as I entrusted my back to the surgeon, I too entrusted my complete recovery to the people at the Health Network. Thank you for everything you continue to do to honestly and genuinely care about me.
